We also have sessions suitable for beginners
at 9:15am on Wednesdays,
and 10:30am on Fridays.

FAQ
What if I can’t fit it into my schedule?
We understand life gets busy, which is why our classes are designed to be fifty minutes just for you, once a week. It's a perfect way to start your week feeling stronger and more balanced. You can swap and/or catch up as many sessions as you like, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the session starts. You can change your session with the simple click of a button in our easy app.
How much does it cost?
£30 per month.
We offer a simple membership to make your Pilates classes easy and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
We provide 12 sessions per term, i.e. 12 classes in Autumn term, 12 classes in Spring term, 12 classes in Summer term, making a total of 36 classes altogether.
We calculate the cost of 36 sessions over the year, and divide this equally into 12 monthly payments so you know how much you will be paying.
Most of our teachers take their holidays during school holidays (August, Christmas, Easter) so usually your 12 sessions will be offered during school term time.
Best of all, our membership is rolling, with no contracts - just Pilates that fits into your life without the stress.
Need to take a break? No worries, we can pause your membership at any time.
Need to cancel? No problem. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.
What if I’m not flexible or fit enough to do Pilates?
This class is for beginners! You don't need to be flexible or fit to start. The goal is to gently build your strength and flexibility over time.
Will I fit in? What if everyone else is more experienced?
Our beginner classes are filled with people just like you—taking their first steps into Pilates. You’ll find a friendly, welcoming atmosphere where everyone is here to support one another.
What if I don't see results?
We’re so confident that you’ll feel stronger, more balanced, and more flexible that we offer a Results Guarantee: attend every week, and if after 6 weeks you don’t feel progress, we’ll work with you 1:1 to address your concerns.
How do I get started?
Click the button below to sign up for a membership. Your first payment will be pro-rated for this month, so for example if you sign up half way through the month your first payment will be £15. Then next month your direct debit will be £30 on the first of each month - simple and easy. Book onto the session that suits you best:

Where we are.
We are on Bondgate, opposite Ivy House Salon, and next to Majestic Theatre.
There is a car park behind the studio, called Archer Street Car Park, which is £1 for one hour parking (or free after 6pm).
We are in the same building as Harrison Hix - look for the Darlington Pilates sign and come in via the big front door between the two columns.
